What We Provide
- Full inspection of the property with video commentary (if not present), typically after you have inspected it first.
- Unbiased advice on the pro’s and con’s of the property.
- Research-based pricing with a full Comparative Market Analysis including a Suburb Analysis.
- Comprehensive due diligence report – including identifying flood zones, government housing, unapproved works, mine subsidence etc.
- Advice regarding the negotiation strategy/bidding strategy.
- Full agent negotiation where we act on your behalf with your best interests in mind.
- Attend the auction day or bid online (if required).
- Arrange building and pest inspection if required (extra third party fees apply).
- Facilitate the contract exchange and liaise with your conveyancer/solicitor.
Fee Structure
Engagement fee = $3,000 (paid upfront)
Success fee = $3,000 (paid on unconditional exchange of the property)
(All fees include GST)
Fees apply to a single property – inspection, assessment and negotiation.
If you elect not to proceed with the property purchase, based on the outcome of the property assessment or negotiations, $1,500 will be credited towards a future “Assess and Negotiation” service for another property. (i.e – your next engagement fee is half price)
Alternatively, the Assess and Negotiate Engagement Fee may be used towards the Engagement Fee for our Search and Secure Package (extra fees apply for this package).

Auction Only Service
If you just require us to bid at auction on your behalf, we can help by representing you on the auction day in person or online. For a low set fee of $995 (inc gst), we use our auction experience and a detailed strategy to secure you the property. This fee includes all the administration and paperwork to represent you at auction.
