Package Fee

Prepayment fee is payable for up to 3 properties presented. For a property to be included in the count, it would entail us: a) inspecting the property b) provide a property analysis/feedback etc and c) initiate negotiations with agent/or auction participation.

If unsuccessful after 3 properties, then this fee can be used as the “Sign Up Fee” if you decide to move into our Search and Secure Package (extra fees apply for this package).

Auction Bidding

If you require us to bid at auction on your behalf, we can help by representing you on the auction day in person or online. For a low set fee, we use our auction experience and a detailed strategy to secure you the property. This fee includes all the administration and paperwork to represent you at auction.

For an additional fee, we can provide you a comprehensive property analysis to make sure this is the right property for you.
